About the teacher

My name is Mrs. Amy Black. I have been teaching for 10 years. This is my first year teaching in a fifth grade classroom. I have taught 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th grades and computers. I am very excited to teach fifth grade.

I have been married for 3 years. My husband’s name is Wyatt. I have a 1 year old daughter named Adriana and a 14 year old step-daughter named Karli. I have two dogs, Benelli is a yellow lab and Buck is a beagle.

I enjoy spending time with my family. We like to camp and go 4-wheeling.
